Exercise 4.
Begin
with the tensioning cords clipped into the hip mounts. Start with arms
extended outward from trunk. Perform and upward motion bringing arms in
arc-like motion toward head. Try to keep elbows locked and arms strait
as best you can. This motion requires a bit more strength than the previous
three demo exercises described. This motion targets the deltoids, neck
and upper traps. You will feel the burn on this one.
